Shipping from Japan
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout; service restrictions may apply.
Order preparation
Our pieces are sourced in Japan after your order. Please allow an estimated 5–10 business days for sourcing, inspection and packing before dispatch. If an item is unavailable or needs longer, we will email you with an updated date and the option of a full refund before shipment.
Delivery
Orders travel by a tracked postal service or international courier. Estimated transit is 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Customs clearance, holidays and carrier disruptions can extend this period. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. We do not ship to military addresses or PO boxes by courier.
Shipping charges
The final charge depends on your destination and the combined packed weight of your order. Standard international shipping starts at $95; US courier shipping starts at $199; other courier destinations start at $269. Orders over 10 kg require a shipping quotation before ordering.
Duties and taxes
Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, import taxes and local clearance fees are not included. These are payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier. We declare the actual sale value and do not mark purchases as gifts.
Damage or delivery issues
Contact aljptradings1111@gmail.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged. Please keep the packaging and send photographs of the parcel and item so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
