You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing aljptradings1111@gmail.com with your order number. For a change-of-mind return, please return the item unused, with its original box and protective packaging. Contact us first for the return address and instructions. Return shipping to Japan is paid by the customer; no restocking fee applies.
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the reasonable return costs where a return is necessary. Keep the packaging until the matter is resolved. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Contact us before dispatch to cancel for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, follow the return process. If sourcing is unsuccessful, we will offer a later delivery date for your approval or a full refund.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We normally process them within 10 business days after receiving and checking the return. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. For voluntary returns, original shipping is not refunded unless applicable law requires it.
Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the last item. Notify us by email or through our contact page, then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We reimburse payments, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of notification; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. You pay the direct return shipping cost. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; any deduction for diminished value will comply with applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
